I would not be too concerned about not having a Noblet mouthpiece. I tried to link to a sharper photo, but I can upload this one from the seller. Sometimes all the parts have the same version, sometimes not. I have seen other variants of the trademark, some even simpler. Noblet Paris, under the oval there is a "D" stamped (superimposed) on an "N". There is a lyre (harp) on top of the oval, in the oval it says D. Without any photos, I'm thinking the trademark you describe is similar to what is on the earliest one I have for restoration. Noblet is/was the oldest woodwind company in France. I am pretty sure that these are before Leblanc inherited the company. Noblet clarinets (lowest number is 2963) from the same era in "good bones" condition but not quite as early as your SN indicates. I am currently playing a Noblet DN stencil (Raymond Paris) that is one of the sweetest clarinets I've ever played. If it is all there, wood is in good shape, springs not corroded, etc., it is most likely an EXCELLENT clarinet to restore.

I've been reading up on this site and other to get a better understanding of clarinets. Any thoughts, information, suggestions would be helpful. I haven't played it because it is not playable as is. All of the pieces except the mouthpiece have the logo.

As I said the D is inside the oval with the Noblet & underneath is Paris. I gather that this is a fairely early DN Noblet, but has different markings that the DN Noblets listed on the site. I couldn't find a marking on the mouthpiece, my guess is it is original and the case appears to be original and in good condition (tan with reddish trim). It is wood and is in very good condition, excepting it needs a full reconditioning, new pads and new cork. It has a simple scroll on top of an oval that says D Noblet Paris and then a small oval with an N underneath. I am wanting to get back into playing by next year and I want to do something with this one. I haven't seen anything that exactly matches it on the site or any other site. I have a clarinet that I bought about 10 years ago on a whim because it reminded me of the wood clarinet I played in grade school and junior high until it was stolen by a classmate.
